The Millicoma School Additions and Renovations occured in two phases, over the course of the Bond projects. In the first phase, a new drive approach and parking, combined playground with nearby Eastside School and new security vestibule were constructed. Accessibility issues were addressed for school safety. In the second phase, two new classroom and a new roof were constructed as well as the installation of a new HVAC system. Additional renovations to existing bathrooms, the front reception area and others were also completed.
